Client groups let you organise your tunnels and proxy links by client — one group per site, office, or client.

Create a group

Go to Proxy Links → use the group selector to create a new group. Assign tunnels and proxy links to the group.

Engineer assignment

Engineers on your team are assigned to groups. They can only see devices within their assigned groups. Each group can have access links — shareable URLs that give a client’s staff access to specific devices without a ProxyLink account.
