Connect via RDP
- Click RDP next to a Windows PC or server in your Proxy Links list
- The RDP session opens in the browser
- Enter Windows credentials if prompted
Features
- Full-screen mode
- Minimize to floating bar (session stays alive while you use other tabs)
- Clipboard sharing
- Multi-monitor support (select monitor from the toolbar)
Screen sharing
Share your RDP session with a client or colleague:- Click Share in the RDP toolbar
- Send the generated link
- The recipient joins as a view-only observer — they can see the screen but cannot interact
Session recording
Enable recording on the proxy link to capture RDP sessions as.guac binary files. Playable from the Recordings page.
RDP recording requires the
disable-gfx=true parameter (set automatically by ProxyLink). This disables H.264/GFX pipeline so guacd captures all frames correctly.
